How to restart my business from Day 1?

I couldnt make it even I reinstall the game...

Unfortunately, there is no option to reset your Restaurant at this time.

Although you can't fully restart, if you want, you can sell or store everything you have and completely redecorate. But you can't reset your level and badge sand goals and all that stuff.
