Goal items.

I'm on level 36. I've noticed when visiting and tipping other bakeries that lower levels than me have the podium cake. How do I unlock that goal?:confused:

I can't find anywhere how you unlock items.

Podium cake was the reward for completing a goal over the summer when the Olympics was going on. I'm pretty sure the goals for those have expired by now so I'm afraid you can't get that podium cake.
