Hit the magnifying glass with a bubble and the level will scroll up so you can see the puzzle. You'll need to memorize where the bubbles are so you can aim at them when the level scrolls back down.

What I did, was when it scrolled to the top I quickly took a screen shot. then I printed it off so when I was aiming I could refer to the photo to try and line up my shot.

I saw someone answered really well to another post for the same level. It even had screen shots to give you some ideas about how to aim. search for it through past posts. : )
