Halloween Update not available in the US?

The update is not showing up in my app store. I have also tried to click on numerous links and it states that this update is not available in the U.S.

Yes it no longer available it was temporary taken out to fix glitches

When will it be up? I really want to get those items. Will it be too late? I have so many parts for new machines and can't use them. Is it possible that one day they will make it so u can trade parts with others who want them or gift them in addition to regular gifting?

I don't know what " glitches" they are fixing since the only glitch I saw was that the party goal didn't have a prize but tl staff already said that that wasn't a glitch ..... I already completed the goals
