Halloween Double prices?!

Hi, the new Halloween pets prices are double priced on my device.
The first two pictures are from one of my neighbors.
She has two devices. An iphone and an android and both of them have the same prices.

But mine, which is an android as well, is double the price than my neighbor!

Seeing this now I can't just go running into the store and buy this ridiculously priced pets.
I'd really love to know the reason for this weird price and a way to fix this as well.

I have the same and TL doesn't do anything to fix it

I have been meaning to ask about this also one of my kids has been complaining to me for weeks that one have to pay about double for all pets (not just Halloween) than the other. Needless to say this causes a lot of whining.

Is there a reason for this, or a cause? (for example both being on the same IP address have they maybe triggered some anti *****ing system?)

I mailed them a few days ago and they say they can't do anything currently. I'm just collecting the money and trying to complete the quest but it really isn't fair. :(
