Just bought an item and puff its gone!!!

Its not easy to earn money in this game to buy new stuff thats why this is making me so pissed.

I bought an item, place it.. Then there goes this "processing" message and the next thing I know the item is gone! At first i thought I pressed something.. But it already happened to me thrice!!!

What happened? How can i redeem the items???

Where is the storage option, btw? Cant see it too

Go to your design button if you have an item, you will a little number on the screen telling you how many you have in storage.

Same thing has happened to me 3 times. I am not happy and they are not in storage I have checked :-(.

Oooops just posted a thread about this exact issue and NO IT'S NOT IN STORAGE either just gone!

Email them about it, they will probably credit your 24 gems or place the item in the storage
