I never got the goal to do to earn helpful Loretta I keep waiting but all i got now is hollween ones and completed all the others. HELPPPPP!!!!

Either the goal has expired (you can't do the goal anymore) or you forgotten that you had did it, because for those who had already done the goal and unlocked Helpful Loretta, found out that Helpful Loretta was missing in their inventory.

Have you checked the last few items in Design/floor items section? I found both the vampire and Helpful Loretta there and didn't know they were there until I just happened to go to the end of the floor items.

Yay...my Loretta is unlocked again....weeeee...I missed her...thank you....I didn't even think to check....have been checking daily before, but not recently....she must have had a fun vacation....now back to work!!
