Degu and wood mouse?

I was seeing these pets in other shops and have no idea where they came from. I want them! Anyone know how to get them? I don't see them as an option to purchase or locked by goals.

In the home deco.....how do I send permit...my neighbor keep asking me for help and I feel bad cause I can't help them...how do I send them...is there something that I need to do?

They are available in the market - [if you can't find them in "All pets", you should be able to find them both under the "Other" tab in the market. So, Market -> Pets -> Other)

You can't send a permit, your friend needs to request for it.
