yes but the alternative to getting the mercury is a water, which is 12 hours. So your likely to get a couple dozen 12 hours before you get the 1 hour since its an ultra rare.

I just got my Dream egg! I couldn't get it with Water and light though! I tried for 10 times and all I got is Winter. So I tried with different blue based combos and I got it through Coral 6 and Light 6

Lost most of my gold grrrrrr

What u said doesn't exactly make sense lol... Considerig the fact that diamond dragon is ultra rare from Ur logic diamond dragon should have a very low breeding time cause we and most players have to breed a gazillon times before getting it lol... I not sure what TL is doing, but I think the current developments with dragon story isn't very logical... With all the uproar about the boosts and now this... It's weird lol

I don't know if I had "birthday luck" yesterday eve or not- but bred mercury on first try,had to run to list to check the puzzling 1 hour time.got dream right after( not my usual luck lately) by using light/ice cream(mine is mr yummy)

I have been trying non stop for the Mercury....Started out with both epic and all fails a good 75 times...then was told try lower lever water..I worked for my Angel and Anubis but this Mercury nothing! I did level 7 with a name Tiamat because a lot of people believe in levels and names...nothing moved to a level 4 another 75 fails....Does anyone really know? This is right now the last Dragon I need...Can anyone really help??

I've all but given up on theories. Just keep going is the only thing anyone can say with any certainty. I read recently that somebody got theirs with Diamond/Winter but I'd only say do that if you get tired of seeing 12 hour fails each and every time. Since you have all the dragons this is not to your advantage since you are only adding to the possible number of fails you can have. Just keep plugging away.

Personally Mercury was the hardest one for me. I tried over 150 times.
Hang in there, it's gonna happen. Just keep trying :)

Don't let this discourage you. People's results will vary. But Water and Diamond is the best combo because it's the shortest amount of fail time (12hr). Any other combo could result in longer fail times.

Only took me about 15 for my first one, than 43 for my second. Angel took me about 124. Also I'm on my 42nd try for Anubis, hopefully 43 is my lucky number.

Had 3 Mercury dragons at one point and got them a while back when it seemed a lot easier. Anyway, 2 of mine came from pairing Diamond and Atlantis. The 3rd from Mercury and Water.

Mercury using black 10 and diamond 10 did'nt realize that I had it I almost sold him until look at the name whoo hoo been working on it ever since I started playing. Still can't get black angel tho.

I just got a 40 hour fail from Diamond and Night. Hoping for Anubis, as I have an Infinity. If it's Infinity, I will be dowwwwn in the dumps. Haven't had anything but fail breeds since Feb 28th.

Not all dragons share the same evolution time and hatching time.

The only one I know that does this is Air, but I guess Mercury does too.

Since March 1 I am breeding Mercury, non stop, back to back.....all my gold goes to speed up and no Mercury, I got frustrated, don't care about any dragon, I made goal that until I get Mercury , I Will not Breed anything Else, it's so Boring, because if I can't breed dragon What is the point of playing this game? I Don't care about new Dragons if I can't breed the old one. Did anyone was able to breed mercury recently????????:mad:

I tired for 2 weeks non stop, no results either. I was hoping to get one as a Fail from breeding for Dark Angel, but it was just a Fail itself lol.

Me neither... been trying. But been using a light hybrid with it that way I can trade my failed breeds to get Pearls to work towards the Pearl Dragon in crafting.

The only Diamond hybrids I have are Crusader and Quetzal, and those obviously go very quickly.

I haven't gotten Mercury, but I haven't really tried.

One of my neighbors got one just yesterday...no diamond temple...just constant breeding of diamond and water he said...was only at it for a week or so.

It was my last Diamond hyrid to get and it took ages... I tried now and then but had breaks, once I got it I culdn't believe it so just take breaks. :)

A neighbour got it first try, it's different for everyone.

My first mercury took a week of trying and then my second one came as a fail for dark angel. Hope you get one soon! Unicorn took me a month :(

Just got it...!!! Only took two and half days and less than 15 tries for me.. In epic mode i think mercury is one of the best design diamond hybrid along with DA.. Feel free to invite and visit my island...

I thought the same thing DT1 I thought it was going to be an hour to lvl up Mercury but I put it in and it said 3 hrs, so I was confused. 3 hrs still isn't bad though lol. I got my Mercury from Diamond Atlantis after 3 or 4 tries.

Its always been 3 hrs for mercury to evolve. Don't know why its different from breeding time, but it is.

Air and Mercury have different evolving time to hatching, this is because otherwise it would be "too short". :3

for me it doesn't say that. you won't get mercury with diamond x forest, it's impossible :(

keep on trying with diamond x water, that's the safest way :)

I used diamond and winter, the outcomes are better. Got mine in less than ten tries!! Plus there's the chance for Angel.

In sehana's egg list! It is confirmed that it is 1 Hour! But you will get thousands of 12 Hour Water Dragon fail before that because Mercury is an Ultra Rare Dragon! ;)

Breedtime is 1 hr indeed, evolving 3, if you have enough food, its quite easy to get him to epic pretty fast, and he earns nice coins : )

Finally have raven after breeding for it since it came out. Afterwards I immediately thought diamond and metal. 1st water then light and on the third try......yup, Mercury Dragon :cool: :D
