why is that neighbors cNt send me gifts?

A number of my neighbors posted on my wall that "it wont let me send you gifts"
Anything I did wrong? Why cant i receive gifts? Or why my neighbors wont be able to send me gifts? I just dont understand.,

It might be that neighbours are only able to send gifts to three of their neighbours per day, and that unfortunately, you aren't one of those three that the gift is sent to.

But i give gifts to at least 20 people, i think.

Gems can only be sent to 3 neighbors per day. You are able to receive up to 20 gifts per day. If your neighbors can't gift you, it may be because they are either trying to send you a Gem, and they've already sent to 3 neighbors, or you've already received 20 gifts today. The day resets at 3a Pacific Time.
