How did you lose them? You can email them but doubt they will anything about it

Today, i lost 45 gems (not 35 in my previous threat) without spending any. I lost 2-3 gems before and accepted it's just an error. But this is too much. I'm tired of making note how many gems i have.
I hope the other player have a good time playing RS.

I lost 75 gems last week by accidentally tapping the finish cooking all 18 appliances. It sucks big time coz u save them for something u want to buy. And no matter how much u try to be extra careful, those gem traps are design to make you fall... Sigh!

I just lost 24 by accidentally clicking a box this morning and got some ridiculous item i have no use for....so i have decided no more buying gems from a company that insists on tricking people into spending.
