I think that's what it's called, it unlocks at level 15, but to build it, the BUILDERS PASTE, doesn't unlock to craft until level 17

I just ran into this problem. I didn't remember this thread when I built the forge, hoping to be able to do something different with my Keep. But alas! Two more levels of Bob the Builder intruding on my Castle Story!
