i completed a family reunion and party time but did not recieve the 10 gems for either of them! why?

have uninstalled and reinstalled. switched device off and taken battery out then restarted but still no sign of my 20 gems!! does anyone else have this problem?

You can try and email them about it but doubt they will do anything about it

was looking forward to the goals. on android but if i dont get the gems i dont see the point!

10 gems? I think you're confusing gems and XP. I've done most of the goals and the rewards involved 10 XP not gems.

Aww don't be embarrassed hun, easy mistake but would be well good if they did reward us gems
