How to Purchase Gems?

I was trying to purchase some gems but it kept prompting me
"This is not a Test User account.
Please create a new account in the Sandbox envionment.
[Environment: Sandbox]".
So, where is this Sandbox envionment?

Sandbox is a test environment used by developers to test their programs. You shouldn't be in the sandbox, so to speak. You shouldnt even have access to it. This is a burp in the server obviously because the two should be separate. There is something wrong with your interface with the game if u are getting that message.

My advice. Hold off getting gems, and email support@ team lava.com Monday. It's a holiday weekend in the USA so I doubt anyone around that could help u right now.

All else should b ok, just wait til Monday before trying to get gems.

Neither of u should be in, or even able, to get in 'the sandbox'
