3 stars in level 86 & 87 [Archive]

Has anyone been able to get three stars in levels 86 & 87 without the use of gems? Been trying but just can't seem to get it!

I have three stars in 86 without using gems. Only 2 in 87.

How did you get 3 stars on level 20?? I'm really stuck on it! It seems impossible :(
