Cancel pending invitations

I have a problem: the game doesn't permit me adding more neighbors because I have pending invitations and I checked those accounts and all food is spoiled, so.....I don't think they come back soon to the game. Somebody knows how to cancel those invitations???? Thx!!

I have been answering this question before, it seems like we have to wait until they add edit menu for deleting the pending invitation but don't know when.

two solutions could work,

1. add an edit button like on the Neighbor page
2. automatically delete them after a time such as 1 or 2 weeks
