The beauty of evolution

My cousin started playing dragon story, after I told het about it, how come she has to evolve her dragons to lvl 4... When I don't. I evolve to 7 then to 10, she evolves 4 to 7 to 10? Why has the beauty of evolution become more expensive?

new player evol 3 times: level 3-4, 6-7 and 9-10
