How do I get her it says she is a goal but i don't get any goal anymore why not?? I'm a level 47

If you had her before but she is locked now, this has happened to others and TL has been working for 3-4 weeks on trying to unlock her. Its apparently very hard to unlock her. :p

If you didn't have her, the goals are gone so you won't be able to unlock her.
