I have the maximum number of ovens. If I sell one, can I finally buy a new one..I want a Halloween oven.

Never sell anyting!! You will get almost nothing in return.
You simply store one of your other appliances. Click the design button, tap on the machine, and tap on store.
Then a slot is open again, and you can buy your Halloween oven.

Make sure you have no food cooking when you store a machine, because the food gets lost, and with the astronomic prices that would be a big waste of hard earned Money.
