Got a new cellphone but my bakery story is lost

Hey there, got a new android cellphone yesterday, logged in with my googlemail account but instead of having my old bakery back, the game started new. This is seriously driving me crazy, I have been in level 97 and playing since a loooong time. My old cellphone is not useable anymore. Does anyone have a advise what i am supposed to to now?
