Did anyone see a News Icon above the Main Icon?

It appeared on my home page a minute ago! It was when someone sent a gift. I was so thrilled to see it because TL just made my life easier, no more tapping Main, Messages and News! Just a direct tap to the News! Awesome!!!

There used to be a "News Icon" like you're describing. It would appear when you received a gift. BUT, it was deceptive, it would also appear with an advertisement to download a new game. So you thought you got a gift but it was just TL asking you to download Fashion Story. I hated the "news icon". It went away and then we got the billboard.
