Brick fence disappears when you try to rotate them

Hm, I checked your city and you seem to have all of your 13 Brick Walls. Could you please close and reopen the game and check to see if you are still missing your Brick Wall?

When you rotate them, it doesn't match the other wall... so it looks weird.
