Farms NOT producing crops!!!

I upgraded 4 of my 6 farms. I just now hit the ready button after waiting for 5 hours and my crop numbers never went up!!! Some type of glitch!?! Hey I just spent big bucks to get crops!! Will someone help me please!?!

As of last night, I cannot select any food to grow...no amount of tapping the screen, moving around on the screen, or claning the screen is helping me with the ability to select food to grow. :(
