Mastery Prizes

I am close to getting what ever level four is for french toast mastery. I am wondering if it is worth it to pursue it. If it is just like a 10,000 prize for it, I don't think it is worth it. What is the final mastery gift?
Also, if you can just post a list of the mastery gifts, 1-3, that would be nice. I forgot what they are.

This is what I've tracked, please correct me if I make a mistake.
Level 1-apprentice (?)
Level 2-line cook (1 gem and 2000 coins)
Level 3-sous chef ( 100 xp and 4000 coins)
Level 4-executive chef (200 xp and 10000 coins)

Yeah, no mastery prize. Pretty weak if you ask me.
