I can't find quests. help please

I am unable to find where to access my quests. I have read about them on here and they seem cool. Someone please help me find them. A screenshot would be very helpful. Thank you.

There will be a Brown Book in the top left corner (right under your level) if you have any quests to complete.

there is no book under my level. I am level 14 already. do they not start till some higher level.

(the only thing i can think of that might have caused a problem is that my tablet lost conection during the tutorial and closed the program. when i opened it back up, the tutorial did not start back up and i was just put into normal gameplay)

If there's no book, there aren't any goals available at this time for you to complete. Hopefully new goals will come out soon.
