Trying to build a garage

Help! I have been trying to earn the garage for my farm for months now. I have earned brooms, doormats and coatracks but can't seem to get a swingset. Does anyone have any tips on what I need to plant or buy to get it?

That may help. Try doing a search on Collectibles for Farm as I know there is another thread on it in this section that some of us had posted how we obtained certain "rare" collectibles but don't have the time to search for it right now.
