Storing tile and walls

Are we able to put tile and walls in storage? I'm not able to and it's kinda frustrating because I've spent coins and gems and I want to change what I've done but don't want to loose what I've already spent. My ID is lvaldez29 level 14

When you replace a tile with a new one, the one that was there is automatically placed in storage. It even puts "concrete" ones in storage when you put them down to begin with. Took me a few mins to figure out why I had several concretes in mine when I first noticed.
I don't know for sure on the walls, but I would guess it works the same way.
Oh, and as far as I've been able to figure you can't sell them.... at least I haven't been able to. I wish we could because I have a bunch of white tiles that I really don't want anymore
