Where is the Sun Room?!

I am trying to achieve the goals and it is asking me to add a soulmate and baby to the Sun Room which I can't find anywhere! Any advice?!

I'm pretty sure that it was a room that you unlocked via a goal. Is there a goal you haven't finished yet?

I also am trying to locate sun room to complete Wooly Sunbather goal. I have gone thru all rooms and do not have it available nor does it show locked. Can anyone help?
