Unlock architect paste at level 20?

Is it just me or is it going to take a really long time to build the queens courtyard and the marketplace? You can't craft architects paste until level 20, and simple paste at level 14 or 15 I think. Why be able to purchase them so early if we can't complete the construction yet? Any other thoughts?

That might be a mistake. I'll look into that tonight when I get home or over the weekend.

I may have bought the queens castle before the update, because now I don't see it or the kings castle in the shop menu. Not sure if that would affect anything. But still I can't finish building the marketplace until level 14, and I bought it early on.
