Part Request vs. Gifting.

I know that you can only receive 20 gifts per day maximum. Does the 20 gifts include parts you request and daily gifts people send me combined or is it two separate things? Anyone who knows it would be greatly appreciated :)

you can receive 20parts from part request & (20 parts or food) from gifts per day. So totally 40 items per day.
