White Habitats Appearing in Old Versions?

It;s interesting i can find that i bought new habitats and new white dragons in dragon story new dawn, however, when using the old dragon story app i can still see those new stuff there! quite interesting!

Yes I have noticed that too.
I used my other island on my old Iphone where I am still using the old version, and I was able to see the new habitats and farms.
Though, this is not really a surprise since Android players can also see the items they cannot have on their IOS neighbors in every TL games, and vice versa.
