I see you can't sell tiles but can you move them?

You can "move them by putting another tile over it. The original tile will show up in your inventory with a small box in the lower right hand corner showing how many of those tiles you already have. so put down some white or cement or whatever pattern you are using and choose the desired tile from your inventory and place it where you want.
