Since I now have no more expansion space, is there a way to own two homes or a chance expansion space will be increased in the near future?

You can own 2 homes if you have 2 devices. On my iPad I have my mansion home and on my iPhone I have my beach house :)

I would imagine it'll be increased in the future. Seeing how there is currently a block at Level 30 I would hope that once that number is increased, expansions increase with it.

My first design included two houses. After I made the first house, I just place the rooms of the next house so that they were not touching the first. It didn't have a front door though. I also didn't use the big rooms.
