No, you would have to transfer the games over.

My iPad has a crack in it, so best buy said they would replace it. Does anyone know what I need to do so I don't lose my games. I've worked hard to get to level 96 & don't want to start over. I'd rather play with a crack pad then start over. What do I need to do to not lose my games?

Look at the link that GG posted right above yours, it tells you how to transfer your games to a new device.
