Game crashing

I am having a horrible time- it crashes almost instantly
I try not to change screen size, etc.... Still crashes
Deleted world game version, reinstalled original- just as bad
SO FRUSTRATED
any advice, tips to fix this??

Make sure you have closed all other apps that have been minimized to the task menu, so your device has enough memory to run the game. If you're still experience issues running the game, please provide additional information, such as any error messages you're receiving, what you mean by changing screen size, or send an email to Support (support@teamlava.com) for further assistance.

It's been three weeks now and since i started the other 'Game crashing' thread and still nothing's changed... More and more people keep complaining, uninstall/install doesnt help, neither restarting the device. There is no error message, the screen goes black and then crashes immediately to the home screen. There are no such issues in any other story game i play (currently 7)... the suggestion above doesnt help either....any further ideas????

the only thing ive found out is that when you zoom out to get a complete view of your whole shop the game crashes. no other action is needed to make the game crash...
