Level 4 issues

Why is it that only on RS (i do not have the same issue onBS ) Regardless of how many ppl i tip after reaching lvl 4 i still only stay that level for an hour or so?? Is this how its supposed to be??

No, it isn't. Normally if you tip about 60-70 tables AFTER reaching level 4, you should stay there as long as you tip at least 60 tables the next day as well.

I maintain level 4 without dropping as long as I tip everyone who has gifted and left a wall post.

WARNING it should go down fast but not that fast maby a day or 2.
