Yea I was wondering this aswell cause my brother started an account first but I wanna start over.

This question gets asked dozens and dozens of times a day here. If you want to start over, buy a new iPhone/iPad/etc. What's so hard about that?

Yeah, well some people might not b able to afford an immediate iPhone/iPad. It wouldn't be practical to buy another one for the sole purpose of "restarting" a game. One would just be wasting money that could be spent on something useful. Duh.
