Not a new habitat, it is a "lava pit" that costs $9 million coins to clear.

The very top is a "Huge Mossrock" $3Million to clear
The two big trees are "Vilevine Jungle" $300,00 to clear (x2)
"Lava Pit" $9Million (x2)
The three identical ones along the bottom are "Medium Mossrock" $350,000 (x3)
The two in the middle-ish are "Large Mossrock" $1.5Million (x2)

They aren't the same for everyone, I *think* that expansions are different for each island, so you may not have the same result as mine.

ahhh I see now, thanks for explaining I thought the tree areas were the same trees you see before you expand into that area.

300,000 doesn't seem so bad to clear compared to the rest of it.
