Moving items/habitats to expanded plateaus, help!

After expanding to the top plateau, I'm not able to drag anything to it. Am I doing something wrong? If so can you please let me know how to accomplish the move?

I have to kind of flip things up there.. Very frustrating! Sometimes it takes awhile. Just keep flicking at it til it finally goes.

I wrestled with this also. Best way I found was to drag it to the "top" of the lower, original level and flip it up that way.

So is it possible to move a habitat from a lower level to a higher level? I have tried and tried and can't seem to do it. Please help!

Yes it is possible. You have to kinda throw it up there. It takes a while but they do go up to higher level
