money not saving or adding :'( please help .

Whenever i come back to play the game.. It tells me welcome back and money
gained (example 30,000) but the money is not added in my main account and then it refreshes the game and my money is 0. In this way i will not be Ble to play the game please do something. My id is zulfiger in fashion story.
It would be highly greatfull of you. Thank you
