As part of a goal I wanted to buy the Splash O Style rug. It is quite large which would not be a problem if I could place furniture on it, but it seems I can't. I s this correct?

I can place things on it. However, I can't place things half on the rug and half on the floor.

This is a known problem. It seems things have to be a certain size to fit on certain rugs.

You can place furniture on it, but it has to be completely on the rug.
I did check and it is by design.
