you are correct. there's the regular juebox for gems currently in the game and a seasonal christmas jukebox from 2011 that was for coins. Don't know why we need THREE jukeboxes?!! RS is starting to become like Hollywood. Re-using old ideas and passing it off as new I really hope this new recipe doesn't require a new appliance.

This jukebox is exactly the same but with some slight color differences. Disappointing....especially since the car hop waitress last week is so cute! Ah well ;)

I don't mind the jukebox as I like the coloring of it much better than the other one. Depending on how many gems it costs, I may end up getting it. I only have 44 at the moment, so hopefully it won't cost more than that.

No gems for me, so no box. First time in over 2 years I have not purchased a "mystery" box.

I know right. We got 1 table and chair that is coins, another motorcycle and a chef for coins, a floor tile for coins, and another counter for coins. They also have gem items under each of those as well, except for the floor tiles. None of the wall displays are for coins.
I guess I'm stuck with my xmas jukebox as I don't like the color of the one offered and I refuse to purchase a box. I spent so much money trying to get the fireplace in the box that I won't bother trying a box for a jukebox. Really wish that had been the LTO instead of yet another waitress.

Well this is disappointing. The new waitress is just the same as last week's only is a brunette instead of a blonde. The new motorcycle is exactly the same just the color of the seat changed from red to teal. And until the box items get listed by someone, who knows if any of those are even worth trying for? And I'm with queentina - I wish the jukebox had been the LTO or even a coin purchase.

I agree and it's outrageous they have a bike for coins this week when last week was a LTO. I know several nbrs that purchased it for 34 gems last week and this week a similar bike is for coins!!!

I contemplated buying it last week, but would rather spend my earned gems on a few floor tiles or wallpaper. Soooo glad I didnt buy it now. I was secretly hoping for a nice pink convertible car this week, it would go great with 50s Diner theme. Probably 1st prize in the box.

I was hoping for a soda jerk type male character to go with last week's waitress. Not so sure about the cook... doesn't make sense to me to have a cook out in the middle of the seating area. And I was thinking a sock hop type dancer in a poodle skirt would be cute too! Maybe something in the box? Anyone know anything yet?

I like the colors of this jukebox better, and I love the car. I'm shocked that wasn't first place. Now my curiousity is burning as to the 1st place prize. LOL

I was saving up but had the get the motorcycle (bet the gem spenders from last week feel foolish!).
The chef is beyond cute, but expensive so I only have one.
The waitress is no different from the car hop of last week. I want one but spent gems in a haste on a box and am saving them again.
Whats the difference between the two chairs? Looks the same to me.
I want some teal tables but keep bending my finger to not click on any.

Why would we feel foolish for buying the motorcycle last week?? How and the heck are we suppose to know that TL would pull this scam move. I mean come on already, change the seat color and drop it to 100,000 coins...give me a break!! So I dont feel foolish at all however I do feel scammed, which just isint cool.

I have a 50's waitress (brunette) not a blonde car hop waitress in my design box. I want the blonde too...but I couldn't afford her anyway...only have 8 gems...

i got the same items as thatgirl, bought the boxes with the gems i had stored. not buying anymore gems due the Bakery problem, so i cant hunt for the first prize, sorry
i can confirm the prizes thou:
Greaser Car and Jock Car are 2nd
Retro Couch and Rock & Roll King (statue) are 3rd
Vintage Soda Machine, Popcorn Cart, Retro Gumball Machine and Vintage Jukebox are 4th
i didnt display them but the piccies from thatgirl have all the items except 1st

Other than the Statue there isn't any prize that I would hate to get. When I use to buy boxes I would only go for those that no matter the prize I got, I'd be happy. My luck would be ending up with that Statue. LOL
If anyone gets first prize, please post it. I'm dying of curiousity here. I love both those cars, they did a good job on those.

I can honestly say that I really like this update! I'm not pleased however that the items are over priced and some of them are gem items, but I like it!
For the first time I want to get gems to go box hunting.
I like almost everything, besides the bird collecting gray statue, especially the couch.
They're making RS more enjoyable for me, while BS is going down the drain. Boo.

My friend got the first prize....it amazing....it is a bowling alley with little peeps bowling....I'm going to ask her to put her in her shop...post here and then someone can get a pic from her...she is so lucky...she opened 4 boxes and got both cars....the bowling alley and the awesome couch...I'm so happy as she hardly ever gambles on boxes...yay....gotta run to ask her

I just purchased from it. I like this box. I didn't get what I wanted, so I tried buying more gems. I went through so much trouble to get the screen to load and once it did it took forever to purchase, then I typed in my password to purchase it and my gems weren't credited, but I was charged.

I love the bowling alley...we are both doing the diner theme and that will look amazing in her restaurant.
I'm seriously considering buying more gems if I get another sale...but I know I will just end up with 10 of everything before or if I even get the first prize...

I spent all my gems on the music theme last week so I'm broke. It wouldn't have made a difference anyway because my restaurant is sectioned and none of the sections fit the diner decor, unless I gutted a section and replaced everything with the new theme. But that would mean spending hundreds of dollars on gems.
Wow, you guys seem to be good buddies. I never thought about palling around with my neighbors. I just tip/gift and go. good for you.
