out of sync

Last night I had tons of out of sync messages and force close pop ups. Need to know why there r so many problems not just here but this is the worst place having problems. Kindel user

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game from the app store. Then restart your device. Also be sure you are on a strong Wi-Fi connection.

I did what u said still same problem and now pet shop is taking a long time to load. I still can't see most of the animal pictures. I cant finish a collection called red herring. I can't see the last picture so I don't know what to buy
