How do you post pictures??

I want to post a picture of my shop to hopefully get tips on how to increase productivity and make more money and ideas to design it. But i'm not sure how to post pictures either grom my computer or IPOD touch.

Just upload your photo to a sharing site, then, when trying to post on the forum, click the button that looks like a tree in a frame (second icon after the underlined and bolded 'A') and post the URL of the photo in the pop-up that appears
