All settings are running but it doesn't allow me to choose any food from the menu.

Depends on your device. If it's a recent version of the iPod or iPhone just hit your menu button, then double tap it and all of your running apps will appear at the bottom. Hold your finger down on the restaurant story app until the red icon appears to close it out. This is how you force close any app running in the background of your iPod or iPhone.

No clue how to do this with droid devices

On Android, you can use the back button to exit your game rather than the home button which puts it in the background.

Or use a task ****er to end the task.

Or Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications. Select Restaurant Story and tap the "Force stop" button at the top. If the button is greyed out it is already closed.

Thanks for the help. I was able to resolve this issue by uninstalling the apps and re-install.
