Helpful Loretta is still Locked but No more goals to complete

I had completed all my goals on my Android and had even Unlocked Jean Pierre . Why is Loretta still locked ? and there's no more goals to complete :(

Ok what were the goals that these came from...? I feel like I've missed a lot of goals, even my Olympic goals were shut off early...

I completed the goals on my iPad and had Loretta unlocked and on my floor. I stored her later and now she is locked. I know I need to contact teamlava again...
