I just bred a shell + tree rex and After 12 hours I hatched....a tree Rex! But it's no ordinary tree Rex, check it out:

I have just had an 8 hour breed to get a blue blob and an 18 hour breed to get a dream bird egg. Hmmm....

Ok, just read up on my monster it is a blue/red mix and called a blobbie? Anyone know what is happening?

Ok, this is too weird. Maybe if you place it on their habitat, it'll become the original monster that you were supposed to get.

It is in the habitat, looks like a blue blob, but the info reads as above, I am a confused bunny, lol! Mind to be honest it does not take much to confuse me. I really think I shall give the breeding a miss for a little while though, see if we get any feedback

I bred leaf lion with wave wing and got an 8 hour breeding time. So I'm thinking either I have gotten a Birdball or another Sea Buffalo. Imagine my surprise when I sped up the last few hours of breeding to find a Blue Blob egg in my nest. Totally not what I was expecting. Any ideas as to what is really going on?

I think it is a bug or glitch due to update. Going on the info I have read on this thread and others, this Tree Rex should have been a Sharaptor(green/shell, 12 hour), your Blue Blob should have been a Sea Buffalo (red/blue, 8 hour) and my Dream Bird (red/yellow, 18 hour)should have been a Griffin.

Yeah I put it in its habitat and it's still a tree Rex. :(

This happened to me too. This glitch better get fixed fast! Cuz I'm not playing till its fixed and monster:dragon is my fab games.
Also happened to my neighbor.

I have the dragon in a habitat now. It looks exactly like Blue Blob except it's called Blobbie or something like that and has red/blue for breeding colors instead of just blue like the Blue Blob.
