How come some people get to levels faster than I do?

Ok, so I really don't understand how I started playing wayyyy before my friends and their ahead of me. Like levels ahead. I don't understand how to raise tour level so quickly! Please someone explain to me how moving levels work I really want to know!! How to raise your level higher, how to raise it FASTER, just EVERYTHING!!! Thanks :)

if you wann to level faster, you just need make food that take 5 minz, and try to do for 3 or 4 days. You will level up really fast
