I'm playing on an Ipod and just discovered that my Loretta, which I won completing the goals months ago, is locked again, as if I hadn't completed the goals at all. Jean-Pierre is unlocked, though. Could you please report that too and let us know when you hear something back? Thanks in advance!

The same thing is happening to one of my neighbours (locked Loretta as if the goal hadn't been completed). I'm not sure of her device, but I'm sure she is iOS.

HI, I was just reading all of this and decided to check my Loretta. She is also locked, says she is a goal and I too completed her goal and had her out in the bakery for a while. I have completely turned off my phone, have done the icon delete and redo and she is still locked. I play on an iPhone 4. Thank you for your help in advance.

Just like to say im having the same problem i unlocked loretta and jean pierre and when i went to redecorate my bakery i put both of them in storage but now its telling me i have to complete goals in order to get loretta back. I can use jean pierre but not loretta. I play on the iphone 4 btw. And i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didnt help.

Support finally responded to the email I sent them days ago stating that they sent my ticket over to engineering. Hopefully with Kooky reporting it to the CMs and people sending in tickets to support@teamlava.com the problem will be fixed soon.

I think they were when the World Games goals for iOS first was released, but since Android received goals I think those got locked. Maybe an Android player to chime in?

Yes, I believe this was the case.

I can't verify this, since I'm not on Android, but apparently when the World Games edition was released (for both iOS and Android), these items were available immediately to Androids for gem purchase and to iDevices only after completing the goals.

Ever since Androids received goals (but no World Games goals), these items have gone back to "Goal" status, which means they are no longer available for gem purchase to Androids (and to any iDevice player who did not complete the World Games goals).

I seem to recall someone somewhere on this forum asking about this a few weeks ago. I could be misremembering, though.

check and make sure he is not hiding behind something.
Try restarting you device to see if he shows up.

I don't think they look alike at all, other than the similar hairstyle and hair color. If she was in all green too then maaaaybe. Isn't she in orange/yellow? I never utilized her and pretty sure I sold her so I don't remember haha

It's defiantly Fairy Mary's face, hair and body. Your right about the dress (Fairy Mary's dress is made out of leaves, not good for baking). But the dress looks a lot like some other Disney character... Flora, Fauna and Merrywether from Disney's Sleeping Beauty. All TL did was add a white collar and a heart. they even copied the kerchief in Fauna's hair.
