Castle Story - The First Caravan

The First Caravan goal requires us to load items on the caravan. I've got enough items but when I press "Load" nothing happens. I've force closed, deleted and reinstalled but it still won't let me load. I'm on an IPad 2.

Any help would be appreciated.
